A mobility challenge for the group’s employees

Issues involved

In September 2015, for the week of mobility and the COP21, Covéa (mutual insurance group formed from the merger of MAAF, MMA and GMF) wanted to create a collaborative web platform intended to mobilise its 22,000 collaborators around a citizens’ challenge.

The objective: to raise awareness around sustainable mobility and uniting them around the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by walking and cycling.

Solution provided since 2015

  1. Development of a dedicated participative web platform and a Smartphone app (platform independent of the information system)
  2. Customisation of the platform’s graphic design for the Covéa group
  3. Support from a dedicated project manager before, during and after the challenge
  4. Implementation of an administrator interface for daily monitoring of challenge statistics and progress level

The challenge created a link amongst our employees, enabling them to rally around a common goal, thanks to the corporate social network.
