1) Definition of the scope of reporting and responsibilities, assistance with data collection: define the scope of reporting, assist with structuring and framing the collection of historical and building data, measure the organisational impact of the tertiary sector decree and clarify the responsibilities of lessors and lessees.

2) Preparing for compliance: determining the optimum baseline year for each site, assessing the reduction targets (relative and absolute) in relation to the categories of tertiary activities for each site and carrying out an initial assessment of the impact of compliance on the organisation.

3) Integrating data into OPERAT and setting up annual energy consumption monitoring: helping to initialise the OPERAT digital platform, transferring reference situation data, annual consumption data and building data to OPERAT and, if necessary, deploying our GreenFlex IQ energy consumption monitoring platform to monitor consumption and manage the energy performance approach.

4) Compliance action plan: collect existing audits and/or carry out audits, propose an action plan to achieve compliance with reduction targets over time. This action plan can be digitalised and monitored using our GreenFlexIQ digital platform.

GreenFlex will look at all the ways in which buildings can reduce their energy consumption:

  • Raising awareness among occupants and adapting the use of premises
  • Equipment/building management and operation
  • The performance of specific uses
  • Installing efficient equipment
  • The energy performance of buildings or building clusters

5) Study of target adjustments: identify possible adjustments and, if necessary, prepare and draft the technical files and send them to ADEME.

6) Implement, finance and monitor the action plan: implement and finance the actions identified to reduce energy consumption, thanks to our technical and operational support (technical studies, financial engineering, project management assistance, site monitoring, etc.). Monitor targets and manage the transmission of annual consumption data to ADEME.
